This Privacy Policy explains how Cosalite Inc., the operator of WhatOnMe, handles information.
It applies to WhatOnMe as a whole: whatonme.com, the WhatOnMe mobile app, and related services we operate. The app is currently in development and is not publicly available. This policy already describes the product, including features that are not live yet.
Information we receive
When you visit whatonme.com, our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, timestamps, and security-related events.
If you contact us by email or mail, we receive the information you choose to provide.
When you use the WhatOnMe app, we may receive the outfit photograph you submit, the occasion and other context you supply, optional location context used for the decision, device and security signals used to protect the service, and the analysis, decision, and shopping recommendations that result. If you create an account, we receive the account information you provide.
Some links may pass through an affiliate network to a retailer. Those third parties may process click information according to their own policies.
The public website does not currently accept outfit-photo uploads, create user accounts, operate a waitlist, or process payments.
How we use information
We use information to operate, secure, and improve WhatOnMe; to provide an outfit decision and related shopping options; to respond to inquiries; to prevent abuse; to diagnose technical problems; and to comply with legal obligations.
Affiliate and third-party links
Some links may direct you through an affiliate network to a retailer. Those third parties may process click information and use cookies or similar technologies according to their own privacy policies. WhatOnMe does not control a retailer’s website or privacy practices.
Sharing
We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, maintain, analyze, or communicate through WhatOnMe. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect WhatOnMe, our users, or others.
We do not sell personal information for money.
Cookies
We do not currently use advertising or behavioral-analytics cookies on whatonme.com. The app and affiliate networks or retailers may use their own technologies, including after you follow a link to a retailer’s services.
Retention
We retain contact communications, technical records, and app data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, subject to legal, security, and operational requirements.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your personal information. Privacy requests may be sent to the email or postal address below. We may need to verify a request before responding.
Children
WhatOnMe is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through WhatOnMe, please contact us.
Security and international processing
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live, subject to applicable legal safeguards.

We may update this policy as WhatOnMe develops. The date above shows when it was last revised.
