These Terms govern your use of WhatOnMe, operated by Cosalite Inc. WhatOnMe includes whatonme.com, the WhatOnMe mobile app, and related services we operate. By using WhatOnMe, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use WhatOnMe.
Pre-release information
WhatOnMe is currently in development. Descriptions, interface previews, examples, availability, release plans, and features may change. Nothing in WhatOnMe guarantees that a feature or mobile application will be released on a particular date.
Informational guidance
WhatOnMe content, outfit decisions, and illustrative examples are provided for general informational purposes. Fashion and styling judgments are subjective. WhatOnMe does not provide professional tailoring, medical, legal, financial, or safety advice.

The WhatOnMe name, design, written content, graphics, software, and other materials are owned by Cosalite Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.

Links to third-party services are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, policies, or practices.
Disclaimer
WhatOnMe is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will always be available, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Cosalite Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of WhatOnMe or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
We may update WhatOnMe or these Terms. Updated Terms will display a revised date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
